AI makes a Podcast of my paper?

A Very Brief One

Hi everyone,

I have to admit, I am a bit befuddled. I got a message from Academia.edu, that says this:

I didn’t ask for this. Just to be clear, the paper is something I wrote a few years back. This was a couple years before I started teaching at DePauw and working a bit with my friend and colleague Istvan Csicsery-ronay. Istvan used to edit the excellent journal Humanimalia. I also taught a course in political theory on this topic a bit later. It was a fun time, and I look back on it fondly. It feels weird to see my work summarized and addressed — in a competent way no less — by AI. I am not sure what to think.
